1. Who We Are

LexFizz (lexfizz.com) is a free, static English learning portal offering 30 interactive exercises for ESL/EFL learners of all levels. The site is operated as a public educational resource with no commercial accounts or subscriptions.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Because LexFizz has no user accounts, no login system, and no server-side processing, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Payment information (all features are free)
• Location data beyond what your browser sends with any HTTP request (country/region-level IP data handled by our CDN, not stored by us)
• Behavioural tracking data, cross-site profiles, or advertising identifiers

3. Local Storage

LexFizz uses your browser's localStorage for the following purposes:

• Theme preference (ww_theme): remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode
• Session scores: stores high scores and game progress within and between sessions on the same device

This data never leaves your device. It is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage, or by using your browser's developer tools.

4. Cookies

LexFizz does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The site may set technical session cookies required for basic browser functionality, but no identifying or tracking cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

LexFizz self-hosts all fonts (Inter and Poppins) directly on its own server. No fonts or other assets are loaded from Google Fonts, Google APIs, or any external CDN. No third-party services are loaded on LexFizz pages during normal use.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking services.

6. Hosting

LexFizz is hosted on a Hetzner dedicated server located in Germany (EU). Hetzner processes standard network-level data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of serving web traffic. Hetzner's privacy practices are governed by the Hetzner Privacy Policy. No personal data entered on this site is stored on our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

LexFizz is suitable for users of all ages including children. Because we collect no personal data and require no registration, the site complies with children's privacy requirements (COPPA, GDPR-K) by design: there is no personal information to collect, store, or share.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since LexFizz does not process personal data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are not applicable — there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. The only data we use is stored locally in your browser and is fully under your control.
